Additional Requirements
- Age should be between 22 to 40 years.
- Prior experience in the IT or Network Operations department of a reputed organization will be given preference.
- Hands-on experience in OLT and ONU configuration for EPON/GPON networks.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and managing routers and switches, including MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei, Arista, and BDCOM devices.
- Practical experience with network monitoring tools such as The Dude, LibreNMS, MRTG, or other NMS platforms.
- Good understanding of network troubleshooting, routing, switching, IP addressing, and fiber optic technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to maintaining high service quality and network availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and maintain routers, switches, MikroTik, and OLT devices to ensure stable network operations.
- Perform advanced MikroTik configurations, including VLAN, BGP, routing filters, IP addressing, PPPoE, NAT, and Queue Management.
- Configure and maintain EPON and GPON OLT devices to ensure uninterrupted broadband services.
- Work with enterprise networking equipment, including Cisco Nexus, Huawei, Arista, and BDCOM switches.
- Monitor network health, availability, and performance using The Dude, LibreNMS, MRTG, and other Network Monitoring Systems (NMS).
- Provide technical support to MAC and Bandwidth clients, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Respond to support calls, trouble tickets, and network incidents within defined service levels.
- Diagnose and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, routing problems, and performance-related incidents.
- Coordinate with field engineers for new link deployment, preventive maintenance, and fault resolution activities.
- Collaborate with the NOC, Core Network, and Technical teams to maintain network stability and service quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, troubleshooting activities, and operational procedures.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-up until complete resolution.
- Continuously monitor network performance, identify potential risks, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Follow organizational policies, technical standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform any other technical or operational responsibilities assigned by management.
