The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication, and promoting smooth collaboration. This role is essential to delivering high-quality service and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through regular communication and meetings.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and vendors, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing their needs effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services and products.

• Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for the company.

• Assess vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.

• Prepare and present reports on client and vendor activities, performance indicators, and improvement opportunities.

• Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to improve client and vendor satisfaction.

• Support the onboarding of new clients and vendors to ensure a smooth integration process.

• Monitor industry developments and market trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to management.
