Executive (MIS, Factory)

✔ Gender: Male only.

✔ Freshers with strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.

✔ Practical knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting.

✔ Experience with ERP, inventory management, or production management software will be an added advantage.

✔ Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

✔ High level of accuracy in data entry, report preparation, and record maintenance.

✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with different factory departments and meet reporting deadlines.

✔ Good communication skills and willingness to work in a factory environment.

✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly factory production reports and Management Information System (MIS) reports.

✔ Collect, verify, analyze, and consolidate data related to production, inventory, sales, and dispatch.

✔ Maintain accurate MIS records of manufacturing operations, raw materials, finished goods, and production wastage.

✔ Compare production plans with actual output and identify discrepancies for further analysis.

✔ Coordinate with Production, Store, Inventory, Supply Chain, Quality Control, and Accounts departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

✔ Prepare product-wise reports covering production volume, stock movement, material consumption, and operational performance.

✔ Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and other management reporting tools.

✔ Ensure timely submission of factory reports to management and maintain proper documentation.

✔ Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements to reporting systems and processes.

✔ Perform other MIS-related duties as assigned by management.
