Provide support for process control and monitoring in areas such as Sales, Operations, and Employee Database Management.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to create customizable dashboards that track KPIs, simplify reporting workflows, and facilitate cross-team decision-making.
Lead and foster inter-departmental communication, translating technical data needs into clear, goal-oriented reporting frameworks.
