Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners.
Proven ability to manage vendors and field teams efficiently.
Fluent in Bangla and English.
We are seeking a motivated Offline Marketing Executive to manage and execute offline marketing, branding, and on-ground promotional initiatives. This role is essential for enhancing local brand visibility, driving user acquisition through offline channels, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to building a strong presence in local markets and positioning the company as one of Bangladesh’s leading e-commerce platforms.
Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including on-ground promotions, fairs, and local events, to boost brand awareness and attract users.
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of offline campaigns, covering planning, venue setup, logistics, material preparation, and on-site support.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure offline initiatives align with overall brand strategy and ongoing campaigns.
Manage promotional offers and customer engagement in offline channels, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and a positive customer experience.
Collect, track, and report customer feedback and complaints from offline activations, working with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Liaise with external vendors and partners for printing, branding materials, event setup, and promotional support, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Maintain and manage offline marketing materials inventory, ensuring adequate stock and proper usage across branches and events.
Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports, summarizing execution, performance metrics, and key insights for future optimization.
Support the implementation of local market activation strategies to strengthen brand presence in key areas.
