Executive - Logistics & Supply Chain Operations

• Strong organization, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities.

• Excellent quantitative and reporting skills with high integrity in record-keeping.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), WhatsApp communication, and basic AI productivity tools.

• Clear understanding of inventory processes and basic truck/vessel operations.

• Adaptable, quick learner, clear communicator, and capable of working independently.

• Willing to travel 1–2 days per week anywhere in Bangladesh.

Join our team as a Logistics Supervisor to manage and streamline our day-to-day ghat and warehouse operations. If you are highly organized and self-motivated, you will thrive in this role as you coordinate between sales, accounts, suppliers, and field teams to ensure efficient inventory flow, cost reduction, and top-tier service delivery.

• Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and staff compliance at assigned warehouses and ghats.

• Track stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely inventory replenishment.

• Coordinate vessels, secure labor, and ensure on-time loading for uninterrupted operations.

• Maximize utilization and meet trip targets for company-owned trucks and vessels.

• Collaborate with Sales and Accounts teams to align supply, demand, and fund availability.

• Maintain strong relationships with ghat owners, labor suppliers, and vessel brokers.

• Conduct field audits, gather market data, and prepare regular performance reports.

• Identify opportunities to cut costs, improve service, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
