Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:
Applicants must meet all of the following:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales
  • Experience selling Industrial Hardware, Automation Solutions, Enterprise Software, or IT Solutions
  • Demonstrated sales achievements or revenue generation responsibilities
  • Strong ability to engage and develop relationships with corporate and government clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven capability to generate a monthly revenue pipeline of 20–30 lakh BDT
  • Active corporate or industry client network
  • Demonstrated record of at least 3 major deal closures in previous roles

Preferred Academic Background:

  • Industrial Technology Sales: Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
  • Corporate Software / IT Solutions Sales: Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Disqualification Criteria:
Applicants will not be considered if they:

  • Are fresh graduates or lack prior sales experience
  • Have no sales targets or revenue responsibility in previous roles
  • Lack experience in B2B technology or industrial solution sales

Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with prior experience selling to:

  • Oil & Gas
  • Power & Energy
  • Manufacturing / Industrial Plants
  • Telecommunications
  • Government & Public Sector Projects

Key Skills:

  • Enterprise solution selling

Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:
NGEN IT LIMITED is looking for skilled Business Development Executives with a proven track record in B2B technology sales to drive growth in Industrial Hardware, Automation Solutions, IoT devices, and Enterprise Software Solutions.

This role targets enterprise, industrial, and government clients across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Public Sector organizations.

Only candidates with documented success in generating revenue and closing deals in B2B technology markets will be considered. Applications from individuals without verifiable sales achievements or business development experience will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities in Industrial Automation, Smart Devices, IIoT solutions, and Corporate Software products.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, industrial plants, and government organizations.
    • Expand market reach through strategic account development.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and opportunity funnel.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
    • Generate leads via LinkedIn, professional networks, corporate outreach, cold calls, industry events, seminars, exhibitions, email campaigns, and direct engagement with procurement teams and decision-makers.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Assess client technical requirements and propose tailored industrial and enterprise technology solutions.
    • Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Track trends in industrial automation, IIoT, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
