Responsibilities & Context
- Prepared, reviewed, and maintained IT SOPs, protocols, and documentation in compliance with cGMP and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Planned and executed Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for ERP, LIMS, BMS, and other computerized systems, including validation protocols and reports.
- Developed IT documentation for internal, corporate, and regulatory audits while ensuring timely implementation of CAPA and compliance requirements.
- Managed change control and deviation documentation related to hardware, software, and system modifications impacting GMP operations.
- Provided first-level IT support for production, quality, warehouse, and office users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and ERP-related issues.
- Performed scheduled backups, restoration testing, and implemented data security measures to ensure the integrity of critical business and GMP data.
- Maintained IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records while delivering timely technical support and system maintenance.
