Executive - ICT (IT Support & Network)

• Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, switches, routers, and access points.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and standard office peripherals.
• Familiarity with hospital/diagnostic management systems and business applications, including pharmacy-related software, will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and service-focused approach to user support.
• Ability to identify priorities and respond quickly to critical and business-impacting IT issues.
• Willingness to travel to different branches and provide on-call support when critical incidents arise.

IT Troubleshooting & User Support

• Provide prompt technical assistance for hardware, software, operating systems, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve routine IT issues across branches and departments.
• Assist users with system access, application problems, and basic device configurations.
• Maintain detailed records of reported IT issues and corresponding resolution steps.
• Escalate complex or critical problems to senior IT personnel or relevant vendors when necessary.

Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity between branches and Head Office.
• Provide support for switches, routers, access points, and other network equipment.
• Troubleshoot internet and network problems such as service outages, slow connections, and packet loss.
• Inspect network cables, ports, and patch panels to identify physical connectivity problems.
• Coordinate with ISP and network vendors for external technical support and maintain records of network incidents.

System & Application Support

• Provide first-level technical support for Diagnostic, Hospital Management, pharmacy, and other business applications.
• Resolve user login, access, printing, and report-generation issues.
• Assist with basic database and application connectivity problems.
• Support users during system upgrades, maintenance, migration, and deployment activities.

Branch IT Support

• Prioritize IT issues that directly affect patient registration, billing, diagnostic services, and report generation.
• Provide timely remote or onsite assistance and promptly escalate unresolved critical issues.

Incident Reporting & Preventive Maintenance

• Maintain comprehensive records of major IT incidents, including affected services, troubleshooting actions, downtime, resolution status, and escalation details.
• Report critical incidents to IT Management or the Head of ICT immediately.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance of network devices, servers, UPS systems, computers, printers, scanners, and other IT infrastructure.

Vendor Coordination & Professional Conduct

• Communicate technical issues effectively with vendors by sharing relevant logs, screenshots, and error details, and follow up until resolution.
• Protect confidential organizational and patient information and avoid unauthorized modifications to production systems.
• Ensure compliance with approved IT policies, procedures, security standards, and operational guidelines.
