Executive - HR, Admin & Compliance (Garments factory)

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, covering job postings, resume screening, interviews, communication, and onboarding.

Track attendance logs and ensure accurate processing of work hours, overtime, and shift schedules.

Manage employee leave requests, update leave records, and uphold company leave policies.

Support factory HR operations, including onboarding documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exit processes.

Maintain comprehensive employee personnel files and HR documentation adhering to company standards.

Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower needs and plan workforce requirements.

Assist in executing HR policies, handling disciplinary actions, and resolving employee grievances.

Prepare management reports regarding recruitment, attendance, leave status, and employee data.

Guarantee adherence to labor laws, corporate policies, and internal HR procedures.

Execute additional HR and administrative duties as directed by management.
