Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Preference will be given to graduates from BRAC University, United International University, Independent University Bangladesh, University of Dhaka, or American International University Bangladesh.

Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or shipping.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age: 28–30 years

  • Dynamic, energetic, and proactive with a “hunter” mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in competitive sales environments
  • Comfortable with outdoor/field sales
  • Relationship-driven yet target-focused
  • Knowledge of SEA and AIR products (AFR/OFR) 
 

Responsibilities & Context

Sales Planning & Client Visits:
Develop a daily sales call plan and visit at least 4–5 clients per day, focusing on area-based sales.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong rapport and trust with customers by understanding their business and market dynamics. Manage medium and small-sized business clients and assess their needs accurately.

Solution Recommendation & Closing:
Recommend solutions tailored to customer needs using industry knowledge. Close deals by connecting customer requirements with solutions and demonstrating the value created.

Customer Retention & Support:
Support retention through joint visits with management, and organize workshops to inform clients about updated regulations, products, and services.

Collaboration & Networking:
Leverage networks across sales channels to collaborate on marketing strategies and provide a full supply chain of services to meet customer requirements.

Market & Customer Insights:
Gather customer and market information to keep Product and Trade Lane teams updated on current conditions.

Business Development:
Win, retain, and develop medium and small-sized business customers. Acquire 2–3 new clients each month and generate sales leads for both export and import business.

Company Role:
Operate as an agent for a renowned multinational freight forwarding company, ensuring clients receive professional and comprehensive logistics solutions.
