Executive - Digital Advertising (Night Shift)

• A four-year bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to work from the office whenever required by the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of online marketing and digital advertising will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Must be willing to work rotational shifts from 2:00 PM–11:00 PM and 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, with availability for night shifts being mandatory.

SEBPO is seeking both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are interested in building their careers in the Digital Advertising Industry. The position will be part of the Digital Advertising Team and involves coordinating across functions to ensure accurate campaign setup, smooth delivery, and proper client/partner billing.

• Set up, traffic, and perform quality assurance (QA) for display and video campaigns across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.

• Identify and resolve ad delivery and creative-related issues.

• Generate, review, and analyze reports from various third-party platforms and ad servers to monitor campaign performance and delivery.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign operations.

• Organize workloads effectively and prioritize tasks based on client requirements and business needs.

• For male employees, the night shift will be based on Work From Office (WFO), while female employees will be eligible for Work From Home (WFH) after confirmation, or whenever required by the team.

• The probation period is fixed at 3 months.
