Sales & Revenue Management

1. Achieve revenue and tonnage targets set by principals / GSA

2. Conduct regular customer visits

3. Develop new business opportunities

4. Provide updates on competitor activities

5. Perform weekly and monthly reviews

6. Prepare daily sales reports and trackers

7. Gather market intelligence and explore opportunities

8. Report to management

Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management

1. Maintain a customer satisfaction level of 80%

2. Actively engage with service providers, principals, and customers

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with interline partners, GHAs, and airport authorities

4. Conduct annual customer surveys

5. Hold regular meetings, principal visits, and agent evaluations

6. Track the number of engagement activities

Operations & Cargo Handling

1. Coordinate with shipping agents and supervise cargo handover to GHA

2. Ensure adequate ULD stock in DAC

3. Supervise ULD buildup according to airline SOP

4. Ensure correct execution of Air Waybills

5. Provide timely updates on systems (pre-advice, loading, documents, AMS)

6. Forward all revenue documents

7. Ensure audit files are ready for inspection

8. Ensure timely cargo handover and coordination

9. Conduct weekly checks for accuracy of details and 100% compliance with principal standards

10. Ensure timely and accurate updates, timely dispatch, and readiness for inspections

Reporting & Documentation

1. Dispatch reports to principals (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, ULD, ad-hoc)

2. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and positive principal feedback

Financial Management

1. Ensure timely collection of debtors

2. Conduct weekly and monthly debtor reviews

Training & Compliance

1. Ensure all job-related trainings are up to date (DG, ULD build, security, fire safety, health & safety)
