Responsibilities & Context

Handle and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Convert incoming inquiries into qualified sales leads and arrange potential customers' site visits.

Categorize prospects based on their interest and readiness to purchase as Hot, Warm, or Cold leads.

Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective investors.

Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
