Regularly respond to customer inquiries across Facebook, web chat, hotline, email, and other social media platforms.
Record customer issues, product conditions, and major complaints, and provide quality feedback through the CRM system.
Understand customer needs, clarify their concerns, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Ensure prompt responses to all customer questions and requests.
Communicate clearly and professionally while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone.
Handle customer interactions on Facebook and other social platforms in English on a consistent basis.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer conversations in the database.
Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound international calls.
Prepare and submit daily reports in English covering both incoming and outgoing calls.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
Assist customers in diagnosing handset issues through the vivo Feedback App and offer suitable solutions.
Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Conduct surveys on selected handset models and prepare reports according to factory requirements.
Offer solutions to customer issues and document feedback through the CRM system.
Submit customer feedback reports to the China headquarters via an online English questionnaire.
