Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within both existing and prospective client accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence, ensuring sustainable market share growth.
  • Plan and support the execution of initiatives aimed at starting, building, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Design and implement customer retention strategies to maximize the value of loyal clients while increasing conversion from new leads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent and high-value service delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute account management plans tailored to individual client goals and aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify strategic opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client engagement, satisfaction, and overall business impact.
