As part of our strategic growth and efforts to strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Executive – Business Development to contribute significantly to business expansion, market development, and brand enhancement.

This role is positioned as a strategic succession opportunity to the Managing Director, requiring strong leadership potential, strategic vision, and in-depth market understanding to support ongoing operations and future business initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies for residential apartment projects.

• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and branding channels to generate high-quality leads.

• Conduct market research by analyzing industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with landowners, investors, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

• Assist in land acquisition activities and assess potential development opportunities.

• Manage brand positioning, promotional activities, and corporate communication to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

• Monitor the sales pipeline, CRM systems, and client engagement processes to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.

• Work closely with sales, design, and project teams to ensure effective product positioning and successful project launches.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, innovative products, and strategic partnerships.

• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior management to support long-term planning and business growth.
