Requirements

Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Marketing
  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), in Marketing

Experience


  • 2 Year

Additional Requirements

  • Age: 25–40 years
  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Communication: Strong spoken and written skills in both Bangla and English

Industry Background:

  • Experience in engineering firms or large corporate groups is preferred
  • Candidates with hands-on knowledge of UPS systems, batteries (VRLA/Lithium), ESS, data centers, AVR, PAC, and networking/cabling will get priority
  • Prior work with brands like VERTIV or AMARON QUANTA will be an added advantage

  • Good understanding of sales/marketing strategies and technical products
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and business mindset
  • Familiar with corporate practices and management standards

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to ride a motorcycle with a valid license (for fieldwork)

Responsibilities & Context

  • Customer Acquisition: Regularly visit the field to explore new markets, identify prospects, and onboard clients to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent and promote brands like VERTIV, AMARON QUANTA, and other technology products to clients and industry professionals.
  • Target Achievement: Drive sales performance by meeting assigned targets through proactive engagement and opportunity identification.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and email communication.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Prepare tailored business proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to secure client confidence.
  • Tender Support & Coordination: Assist in tender preparation and submission while working closely with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Lead Management: Build and manage a structured database of prospects to ensure consistent follow-up and lead conversion.
  • Market Insights: Monitor customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs and enhancing product positioning and profitability.
  • Negotiation & Representation: Conduct client meetings, support contract negotiations, and represent the organization at corporate events and exhibitions.
