Position Summary:
Raju Law Bangladesh Limited, a leading U.S.-based immigration law firm, is seeking four (4) Executives / Assistant Managers for its Admin Department. We are looking for organized and detail-focused individuals who can effectively manage administrative operations and contribute to the firm’s overall efficiency.
The ideal candidates will possess excellent time management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic remote work setting. This role plays a vital part in supporting internal workflows and client communication.

- Working Hours:
- Evening Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
(7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Bangladesh Time)
- Night Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)
(12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Bangladesh Time)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls professionally, addressing inquiries and escalating concerns when required.
- Respond to client and internal emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage client onboarding, prepare invoices, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Draft and send retainer agreements and related documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including notifying participants and preparing materials.
- Arrange secure shipment of documents to USCIS and provide clients with tracking updates.
- Monitor and manage USCIS notices, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as record-keeping, correspondence management, and daily operational support.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve administrative processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
