Responsibilities & Context

Maintain and update the company’s financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management.
Assist in financial data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.
Prepare all types of financial statements and reports related to daily business operations.
Submit monthly business results along with variance analysis.
Analyze different financial scenarios and risks and report findings to management.
Handle banking activities along with export and import-related documentation and procedures.
Lead and coordinate the successful completion of external audits and other compliance audits.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Manage inventory-related financial records and reporting.
Maintain sound knowledge and handling of Tax and VAT-related activities.
Verify all kinds of local and foreign purchase documents, export documents, and other financial bills.
