Required Skills and Competencies
Proficient in preparing reports, including daily task emails and weekly summaries, using MS Office, WhatsApp, and internet browsing.
Practical, hands-on experience across relevant operational or accounting departments.
Strong understanding and application of FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory methods.
Record and post all AGE & CL–related transactions accurately in both Excel and accounting software.
Prepare and maintain cheque sales schedules and collection sheets.
Coordinate regularly with the marketing officer to manage and track chick collections.
Post chick sales collections accurately in Excel and accounting software.
Update and maintain purchase and sales ledgers using Excel.
Review and verify hatching schedules to ensure operational accuracy.
Check and analyze breeder farm summaries and cash records.
Verify all breeder farm transactions and postings within the software system.
Monitor and reconcile the breeder farm stock ledger.
Prepare salary sheets for AGE & CL and the Advanced Layer Farm.
Prepare and reconcile AGE & CL bank statements.
Prepare and reconcile AGE & CL loan accounts.
Generate and submit daily cash reports accurately and on time.
