ERP Software Management Executive

• Experience with Smart ERP / Smart Software ERP is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of ERP-based business processes.
• Knowledge of Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Production, or related ERP modules.
• Good computer and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to identify data errors and operational issues.

Mamun Group is looking for a responsible and motivated ERP Software Management Executive to manage, monitor, and support day-to-day operations through the company's ERP software. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Smart ERP Management and be capable of coordinating with different departments to ensure accurate and efficient use of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and data entry in the ERP software.
• Monitor ERP transactions, records, reports, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Production, and other departments.
• Ensure proper use of ERP modules by relevant employees.
• Prepare and analyze ERP-based reports for management.
• Identify ERP-related problems and coordinate with the software support/development team for solutions.
• Monitor inventory, sales, purchase, accounts, production, and other relevant ERP activities.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Provide basic ERP training and operational support to users.
• Follow up on pending ERP tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Assist management in improving business processes through ERP automation.
• Maintain proper documentation of ERP-related activities and procedures.
