Engineer/ Sr. Engineer, Project Sales

Practical experience with diesel generator systems, installation, synchronization, and project sales.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively.

Ability to coordinate activities, prepare reports, and deliver presentations.

Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Identify potential clients, generate leads, and develop sales opportunities across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Promote and sell DG synchronization solutions, including DG-to-DG, DG-to-Grid, and integration with existing power generation systems.

Coordinate with service, engineering, project, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

Follow up on technical approvals, purchase orders, material delivery, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.

Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.

Arrange customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations when required.

Achieve assigned sales, order booking, and collection targets while maintaining updated sales pipelines, project databases, and customer follow-up records.

Work with service and project execution teams to resolve customer concerns related to synchronization systems and installations.

Ensure proper project handover and maintain customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
