Age between 22 and 30 years.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English proficiency and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Self-motivated, honest, sincere, hardworking, and able to work independently while following instructions.
Good physical and mental health.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Relevant experience in Electrical & Electronic Equipment or substation operations is preferred.
Prepare electrical plans and single-line diagrams (SLD) using AutoCAD 2D.
Handle government office correspondence and file processing with agencies such as DESCO, DPDC, PDB, REB, and NESCO, including logistics coordination and site visits.
Prepare quotations, reports, bills, challans, and perform other computer-based documentation tasks.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
