Responsibilities & Context
-
Oversee diesel generator (DG) electrical service operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support.
-
Manage warranty claims for DG sets and Datacom controllers, including documentation, submission, follow-up, and settlement with principals.

Coordinate with customers, service teams, and principals to address technical issues involving DG electrical systems and Datacom products.

Maintain accurate service records, warranty databases, technical reports, and customer complaint logs.

Liaise with principals regarding technical inquiries, warranty approvals, spare parts, and product-related concerns.

Track warranty claims and ensure timely resolution in line with principals’ warranty policies.

Support the commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales servicing of Datacom controllers and accessories.

Prepare periodic reports on service activities, warranty claims, pending cases, and customer feedback.
