Engineer Civil (For Hospital)

Sound knowledge of building construction techniques, materials, and processes.

Familiarity with interior works, including false ceilings, partitions, flooring, finishes, and carpentry.

Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and interior design drawings.

Basic understanding of MEP coordination, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Knowledge of quality control standards and site inspection procedures.

Understanding of workplace safety regulations and applicable building codes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Basic knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation.

Familiarity with interior design drawings will be considered an advantage.

Ability to plan, monitor, and control material usage and inventory.

Knowledge of cost control and measurement, including RA and final bills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to communicate with clients effectively and professionally resolve site-related issues.
