    • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of demonstrated success in luxury client relations, premium hospitality, or high-end customer-facing positions.

    • Prior backgrounds in 5-star hotel guest relations, airline cabin crew (air hostess) services, interior design, real estate sales, or elite hospitality sectors will be viewed as a distinct competitive advantage.

  • Appearance & Demeanor: Highly poised, immaculate grooming, and a strictly professional, corporate dress code. Displays a confident, courteous, and sophisticated behavioral etiquette.

  • Linguistic & Soft Skills: Native-level fluency in both English and Bangla communication, backed by exceptional interpersonal and relationship-management skills.


Responsibilities & Context

Role Overview & Scope: We are seeking a poised, articulate, and professionally presentable female professional to step into the role of Assistant Manager - Elite Client Relations at our premier Experience Center in Banani. As the primary brand ambassador, the selected candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for our distinguished clientele and guests. This role is instrumental in establishing an upscale, sophisticated atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

  • Elite Guest Relations: Extend a warm, high-standard welcome to all Experience Center visitors, establishing an immediate, premium first impression.

  • Showroom & Service Advisory: Deliver detailed, engaging insights regarding our specialized interior design services and luxury showroom collections.

  • Guided Showroom Tours: Escort and guide visitors seamlessly through our experiential design galleries and exhibits.

  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate efficiently with internal design and sales consultants to manage smooth, professional client handovers.

  • Sales Facilitation: Direct and organize consultative sales meetings, actively contributing to closing business deals.

  • Front Desk Excellence: Keep the reception and main display lounges immaculately organized, professional, and inviting at all times.

  • Omnichannel Communication: Manage all incoming walk-in, telephonic, and email inquiries with an elite level of corporate etiquette.

  • Data Tracking: Document visitor information and generate accurate daily traffic (footfall) reports for leadership review.
