E-commerce & Marketplace Specialist

✔ Age: At least 20 years

✔ Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on professional experience in E-commerce and Marketplace Management.

✔ Strong practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, including FBA/FBM, product listings, inventory, orders, pricing, and account health management.

✔ Proven experience managing Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop, or other major international e-commerce marketplaces.

✔ Hands-on experience in product research, product sourcing, competitor analysis, and identifying profitable products and market opportunities.

✔ Strong knowledge of product listing optimization, marketplace SEO, keyword research, and conversion rate optimization.

✔ Practical experience with Amazon PPC, including campaign setup, keyword targeting, bidding, budget management, and performance optimization.

✔ Experience managing inventory, pricing, fulfillment, returns, and overall marketplace operations across multiple sales channels.

✔ Strong understanding of marketplace policies, compliance requirements, account health, listing restrictions, and issue resolution.

✔ Experience using e-commerce research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Data Dive, or similar platforms.

✔ Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with the ability to use Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace reports to monitor sales, advertising, inventory, and profitability.

✔ Ability to independently identify operational and sales issues, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven strategies to improve sales, conversion, and profitability.

✔ Experience working with US, UK, or Canada marketplaces will be considered an advantage.

✔ Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplace operations effectively.

✔ Manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop marketplace accounts.

✔ Manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, including product listings, inventory, orders, shipments, and overall account health.

✔ Handle Amazon FBA operations, including inventory management, shipment planning, restocking, storage, and fulfillment-related issues.

✔ Conduct product and competitor research to identify market trends, sales opportunities, and potential growth areas.

✔ Perform keyword research and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and other product content for better visibility and conversion.

✔ Manage and optimize Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store updates.

✔ Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

✔ Monitor and optimize key advertising metrics, including ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.

✔ Manage Walmart Marketplace listings, inventory, pricing, orders, promotions, and account performance.

✔ Manage eBay listings, product information, pricing, promotions, orders, and seller performance.

✔ Manage TikTok Shop products, inventory, orders, promotions, and overall marketplace operations.

✔ Monitor account health, policy compliance, listing violations, suppressed listings, and marketplace warnings, taking timely corrective action when required.

✔ Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, and profitability data using Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace reports.

✔ Monitor competitor pricing, marketplace trends, and customer demand to recommend appropriate pricing and sales strategies.

✔ Identify marketplace sales and operational issues and take timely corrective actions to improve performance and efficiency.

✔ Prepare regular marketplace performance reports with clear findings, actionable insights, and recommendations.

✔ Coordinate with Content, Design, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Management teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

✔ Stay updated with changes in Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop policies, guidelines, tools, and marketplace features.
