Responsibilities & Context
- Safely transport the Managing Director to and from designated destinations while ensuring comfort and security.
- Ensure punctuality by following the daily travel schedule and being available as required.
- Strictly comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent running condition at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle and coordinate timely servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Managing Director's business and personal affairs.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items when required.
- Demonstrate professional, courteous, and respectful behavior while interacting with the Managing Director, colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Report any vehicle-related issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements to the appropriate authority without delay.
- Perform any other driving-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
