Proficiency in various types of engineering designs and drawings.

Extensive knowledge of construction activities, including finishing works.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong time management, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of engineering bills, Measurement Books (MB), and other engineering documentation formats.

Ability to prepare technical documents, work schedules, and project plans.

Willingness to work under pressure and travel or work at any location as required by the company.

Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) systems.

Proficiency in reporting procedures and ERP systems.

Good computer skills, including AutoCAD.
