• Plaza Handover & Cash/Stock Verification
• Supervise and verify the stock and cash handover process during Plaza In-Charge transitions across all locations.
• Ensure proper settlement of financial and non-financial dues, and confirm that all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
• Identify responsible personnel in case of discrepancies and oversee issue resolution through proper documentation and communication with Reporting Seniors, following company policy.Inventory & Cash Reconciliation Monitoring
• Monitor daily inventory and cash reconciliation reports from each plaza.
• Promptly address and resolve any mismatches by ensuring updated system entries and maintaining documented communication with relevant departments.
• Cash Deposit Oversight
• Ensure timely and accurate cash deposits from all plazas.
• In the event of any delays, verify actions taken by the Plaza In-Charge and ensure the Accounts and Administration teams are promptly notified with documented follow-ups.
• Price Tagging Audits
• Conduct audits during field visits to ensure all displayed products are accurately price-tagged.
• Direct immediate corrective measures for any tagging discrepancies and follow up on compliance.
• Wholesale Growth & Strategic Support
• Guide Plaza In-Charges on wholesale business development strategies and regularly monitor implementation progress.
• Identify district-level operational challenges and provide actionable solutions to improve overall performance.
• Retail & Wholesale Performance Supervision
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of retail and wholesale operations at the plaza level.
• Ensure consistency in service quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.Staff Training & Customer Engagement
• Train and support plaza staff in customer engagement, sales techniques, and communication to improve conversion rates.
• Promote a service-oriented culture to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Sales Activity Monitoring
• Stay informed about ongoing cash, wholesale, and consignment sales activities.
• Alert Plaza Managers about any irregularities and ensure timely resolution with full documentation and appropriate action.
• Transaction Documentation Compliance
• Ensure all plazas issue and maintain customer transaction documents (invoices, receipts, sales agreements) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Document Authenticity Verification
• Audit customer documents regularly to verify authenticity.
• Prevent the acceptance of fraudulent, expired, or inaccurate papers during any stage of the sales process.
