Responsibilities: - Dealer Haunting. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned division. - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to maximize their performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. - Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
