Responsibilities & Context

Arrange meetings with clients and manage precise calendars.

Manage incoming leads from Facebook and WhatsApp with high professionalism.

Execute outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospective clients.

Detail the end-to-end visa application lifecycle clearly to clients.

Foster trust and sustain continuous engagement through regular client touchpoints.

Compile daily and weekly updates detailing lead performance and closure metrics.
