Digital Product Manager

Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, preferably overseeing customer-facing digital platforms or mobile apps.

Strong preference for financial institution experience, with top priority given to candidates skilled in stock brokerage platforms.

Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and launching successful digital products.

Deep knowledge of mobile app product management, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and digital development processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills paired with a data-driven approach.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project management abilities.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Shanta Easy Trade and Shanta Easy X to drive digital trading growth using customer and market insights.

Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements across cross-functional teams.

Spearhead growth initiatives and engagement campaigns, using analytics and user feedback to enhance acquisition, retention, and overall customer experience.

Monitor key business and product KPIs to guide data-driven decision-making and continuous product optimization.

Lead the Digital Client Service Management team, coordinate key stakeholders, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
