We are a U.S.-based digital marketing company expanding our operations in Bangladesh. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Manager who can lead a marketing team, manage global campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI (Return on Investment). The candidate must be skilled in strategy, execution, and leadership, with strong knowledge of international (especially U.S.) market practices.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute annual digital marketing strategies aligned with U.S. market trends.
Lead, train, and manage the digital marketing team; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
Report campaign results, ROI, and insights to top management.
Paid Advertising
Run and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads (paid ads on Facebook & Instagram) with audience targeting and retargeting.
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads (for B2B marketing) and TikTok Ads (for Gen Z and young audiences).
Conduct A/B testing (testing different versions of ads or web pages) to improve performance.
SEO & Website
Oversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization — improving ranking on Google) for websites targeting U.S. keywords.
Manage CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization — improving landing pages so more visitors buy or sign up).
Ensure websites are optimized for mobile, speed, and user experience.
Content & Branding
Plan and manage content marketing (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, infographics).
Create and promote video marketing campaigns (YouTube, Reels, TikTok).
Work with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.
Manage influencer marketing campaigns for targeted niches.
Email, SMS & Automation
Run Email Marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns) with segmentation and personalization.
Manage SMS & WhatsApp marketing for quick promotions.
Use Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Keap) for nurturing leads.
Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics GA4 (tracking website visitors and behavior), UTM tracking (special tagged links to see traffic sources), and dashboards to measure campaign success.
Track ROI, CPL (Cost per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports for management.
Events & Community
Organize webinars, expos, and online events to boost brand awareness.
Manage community marketing (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, Discord, Reddit, etc.).
Build strategic partnerships with other businesses for co-marketing.
Other Key Duties
Stay updated with U.S. marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
Ensure all campaigns meet compliance with U.S. advertising policies.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing → sales conversion.
