Digital Marketing Expert

✔ Age: At least 18 years

✔ Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Management.

✔ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other digital marketing tools.

✔ Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance marketing.

✔ Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

✔ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple brands, campaigns, and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

✔ Strong understanding of content marketing, audience targeting, and digital advertising best practices.

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) will be considered an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing initiatives across all JSK business units to enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives of all JSK brands.

✔ Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.

✔ Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads (Meta Ads), and other paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and campaign performance.

✔ Oversee the company's websites, ensuring content is updated regularly, SEO-friendly, and optimized for user experience and search engine visibility.

✔ Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and video production teams to develop engaging marketing materials, promotional content, and brand campaigns.

✔ Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

✔ Develop and implement lead generation, remarketing, and conversion optimization strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.

✔ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

✔ Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing automation workflows.

✔ Collaborate with various business units, including Hospital, Diagnostics, Sara Express, and GCC, to develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns.

✔ Prepare regular marketing reports, campaign performance analyses, and recommendations for management.

✔ Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital channels and marketing materials.
