Age: 25–35 years
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in land share, apartment share, or hotel share projects, particularly in the Purbachal area
Experience in door-to-door marketing
Knowledge of digital platform–based marketing
Manage the full sales cycle, including the development and execution of sales policies and strategies.
Ensure regular customer visits and timely follow-ups to drive engagement and conversions.
Identify, approach, and secure new corporate, industrial, and group clients to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily activity reports and weekly closing reports, tracking progress against set goals.
Provide regular performance updates and reports to the Team Leader.
Identify potential corporate and individual customers eligible for purchasing company products.
Develop, maintain, and independently manage a well-organized client database.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Demonstrate strong teamwork, self-motivation, proactive behavior, and a results-oriented mindset.
Exhibit a strong sales drive with sound leadership, decision-making, and execution capabilities.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
