DGM / GM - Supply Chain Management

Lead and oversee end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities, including procurement, sourcing, inventory, store, and logistics operations.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans to ensure timely availability of quality materials at optimal costs.

Manage vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation, contracts, and supplier performance.

Ensure effective inventory planning and control while minimizing stock-outs, overstocking, expiry, wastage, and unnecessary working capital.

Drive cost optimization, transparency, accountability, and strong internal controls across SCM operations.

Lead and supervise the SCM team, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and service quality.
