Responsibilities & Context

To support our rapidly expanding Pharma business, the company is seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic leader capable of guiding first-line managers and front-line sales forces to achieve business targets.

  • Develop sales plans to achieve or exceed annual sales objectives for the assigned zone under the guidance of the National Sales Manager (Pharma).
  • Work with team members (AM, Sr./MIO) to coach, guide, and develop them for optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor route coverage, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure product availability across the assigned zone.
  • Ensure proper implementation of all sales administration procedures.
  • Meet potential customers and collect feedback on product performance and market movement.
  • Provide training to MIOs and Area Managers to enhance their medical and technical knowledge.
  • Assist in recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales teams.
  • Analyze market potential and propose CME, symposiums, seminars, and other promotional activities.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned zone.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and requirements fulfillment.
