Deputy Manager/Manager - Sustainability, Business Assurance

✔ Age: At least 35 years.

Required Expertise & Experience

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in auditing and management systems.

✔ Proven ability to lead, manage, and drive teams effectively.

✔ Relevant certification in APSCA CSCA, SA8000, amfori BSCI, WRAP, or other recognized social compliance standards.

✔ Strong understanding of products, industry practices, and market requirements.

✔ Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.

✔ Sound knowledge of local labour laws, social compliance auditing standards, and international brand requirements.

Technical Certifications

✔ SSAC-approved Higg FEM Generalist & Chemical Specialist Verifier.

✔ SAC-approved Higg FEM Trainer.

✔ SLCP Verifier & Trainer.

✔ ZDHC-approved Trainer & InCheck Verifier.

✔ GRI-certified Sustainability Professional.

✔ Certification in SA8000, amfori BSCI, or WRAP.

✔ APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification will be considered an added advantage.

✔ Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly business targets and budget objectives.

✔ Lead and conduct Social Compliance Audits and Environmental Audits as a Lead Auditor.

✔ Proactively monitor team activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

✔ Provide necessary logistical support to ensure smooth execution of audit and operational activities.

✔ Review audit reports and coordinate audit-related activities.

✔ Organize and facilitate training programs at iAcademy.

✔ Manage and supervise team members by providing guidance, feedback, and direction, ensuring timely task completion, and approving leave requests.

✔ Set work targets for team members and reportees while defining and managing their scope of responsibilities.

✔ Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of team members' work.

✔ Evaluate and review team performance to identify areas for improvement.

✔ Participate in team member selection, remuneration recommendations, and employee separation processes when required.

✔ Develop, guide, and motivate team members to enhance their skills and overall performance.

✔ Handle customer complaints and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address issues and prevent recurrence.
