Deputy Manager - Sales (Radiology Business)

✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in radiology, medical imaging equipment, medical devices, or related healthcare equipment sales.

✔ Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or key account management.

✔ Established professional relationships with relevant healthcare institutions, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and industry customers will be an advantage.

✔ Experience in tender-based equipment sales, project sales, or institutional procurement will be preferred.

✔ Strong ability to identify business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and manage complex sales cycles.

Position Purpose

To develop and expand the Radiology Business by promoting medical imaging equipment, accessories, and related solutions. The role will focus on identifying opportunities across institutional and private healthcare sectors, building strong professional relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating product demonstrations, installation, and after-sales support.

Sales & Business Development

✔ Develop and implement effective sales strategies for radiology and medical imaging equipment, accessories, and related solutions.

✔ Identify and develop business opportunities in government and private hospitals, medical colleges, diagnostic centres, and imaging departments.

✔ Generate new customer accounts while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

✔ Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.

✔ Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales forecasts.

Product & Technical Coordination

✔ Develop a strong working knowledge of the company's medical imaging product portfolio, including product specifications, applications, and commercial positioning.

✔ Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical specialists to recommend appropriate solutions.

✔ Arrange and coordinate product presentations and demonstrations with authorized technical personnel.

✔ Work closely with relevant teams to coordinate site readiness, installation, commissioning, user training, and after-sales service support.

Market & Customer Development

✔ Build and maintain professional relationships with radiologists, hospital administrators, procurement personnel, biomedical engineers, and diagnostic centre management.

✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and equipment replacement opportunities.

✔ Maintain an organized customer database and develop effective territory-wise account plans.

Tender & Commercial Management

✔ Monitor relevant tender opportunities and institutional procurement plans.

✔ Coordinate technical and commercial tender documentation with internal teams.

✔ Track quotations, tender submissions, awards, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.

✔ Support payment follow-up activities and initiatives to maintain customer satisfaction.
