Deputy Manager / Manager - Workshop

✔ 8–10 years of relevant experience in workshop operations management and supervision.

✔ Proven experience in managing and supervising machining, fabrication, welding, repair, and maintenance activities.

✔ Strong ability to coordinate effectively with maintenance teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operational support.

✔ Ability to maintain and enforce safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards across workshop activities.

✔ Strong supervisory, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workshop activities effectively.
