Deputy Manager- Business Development, IT

✔ Experience in software, ERP, or IT services sales and marketing will be given preference.

✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure.

We are looking for a highly ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven Business Development Officer to promote our software and IT services, develop new business opportunities, and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct client visits, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships. (Experience in government sales will be preferred; bank/corporate sales experience will be an advantage.)

✔ Promote and sell customized software, ERP solutions, application development, and IT-enabled services.

✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

✔ Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies to achieve company targets.

✔ Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing to support business growth.

✔ Manage the complete government tender process, including EOI, RFP, quotation preparation, submission, and clarification.

✔ Handle government tenders through the e-GP portal and ensure compliance with PPR regulations.

✔ Monitor and identify new tender opportunities from platforms such as All Tender, Tender Bazar, Tender BD, and other relevant sources.

✔ Coordinate with technical teams to understand software solutions and prepare technical and commercial proposals.

✔ Prepare and submit monthly tender performance reports, including won, lost, shortlisted, and canceled tenders.

✔ Prepare daily work plans, sales reports, and business development updates for management.

✔ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and tender documentation.

✔ Perform any other business development or sales-related responsibilities assigned by management.
