Responsibilities & Context

Job Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and supervise the business development team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis, including competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of business strategies.
  • Drive revenue generation while ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value deals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize business processes.
