Depot In-Charge

Mandatory experience in a Feed manufacturing company with expertise in depot management, warehouse operations, inventory management, or distribution.

• Oversee comprehensive depot operations and ensure seamless day-to-day activities.

• Track feed stock levels, maintain inventory records, and handle warehouse administration.

• Guarantee the prompt receipt, secure storage, and distribution of feed products.

• Provide accurate inventory logs and complete regular stock reconciliations.

• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and logistics teams to facilitate product delivery.

• Supervise depot personnel and maintain compliance with corporate policies and safety regulations.

• Direct loading and unloading processes while taking measures to minimize stock shrinkage.

• Keep detailed records regarding material movements, deliveries, and local depot workflows.

• Generate and submit regular operational reports to the management team.

• Establish and cultivate strong professional relationships with dealers and distributors.
