• Plan, organize, and manage overall distribution operations at depot level to achieve company goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of medicines and promotional materials to different markets according to preplanned delivery schedules.
• Ensure 100% COD and timely credit collection while maintaining cost-effective operations within the approved budget.
• Ensure safety and security at depot premises and monitor company assets including medicines, promotional materials, vehicles, registers, and documentation to maintain quality records.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure uninterrupted medicine supply based on area demand.
• Take necessary initiatives to ensure proper implementation of ISO, GDP, and GMP guidelines.
• Ensure smooth daily banking transactions and related operational activities.
