Experience

• Minimum 12–15 years of teaching and research experience.
• At least 5 years of academic leadership and administrative experience at a reputed university.

Research

• Minimum 12 publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
• International co-authored publications will be considered an added advantage.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in relevant software, email, web-based research, and online meeting platforms.

Leadership

• Ability to lead the Business School through effective team building, motivation, conflict management, and timely decision-making.

Industry Experience

• Relevant industry and consultancy experience will be given preference.

• Provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the Business School, ensuring excellence in teaching, research, industry engagement, and student development.

• Lead academic planning, curriculum development, program evaluation, accreditation, and quality assurance initiatives.

• Support the recruitment, development, motivation, and performance evaluation of faculty members.

• Promote high-quality research, publications, consultancy, executive education, and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Build strong partnerships with businesses, professional organizations, government agencies, alumni, and international academic institutions.

• Enhance student recruitment, retention, employability, internships, industry exposure, and overall student experience.

• Propose new academic programs and initiatives aligned with market trends and industry requirements.

• Effectively manage the School’s budget, resources, infrastructure, and administrative operations.

• Foster an engaging, collaborative, and inclusive environment for faculty, students, and staff.

• Ensure compliance with university policies, regulatory requirements, and relevant academic and professional standards.

• Represent the Business School within and outside the university to strengthen its reputation, visibility, and institutional partnerships.
