Minimum 5 years of experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in VRM, Ball Mill, and Roller Press operations.
Practical expertise in Packer operation and maintenance.
Strong working knowledge of VRM, Ball Mill, and Roller Press processes and operations.
Sound understanding of packer machinery, spare parts, and components.
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.
Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues effectively.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities.
Skills
Plan, implement, and audit maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Minimize equipment downtime and improve MTBD (Mean Time Between Breakdowns).
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance reports.
Coordinate shift operations with the CCR for VRM, Ball Mill, Roller Press, and Packing Plant.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues promptly.
Supervise all mechanical maintenance works and teams.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and plans.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery, identify faults, and execute corrective actions.
Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Organize and facilitate Safety Tool Box Meetings to promote workplace safety.
Ensure the safe, reliable, and long-term operation of all equipment.
