Database Administrator (DBA)

✔ Age: 24–32 years.

✔ Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is required.

✔ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Database Administration & Management

✔ Perform SQL and PL/SQL operations to maintain database functionality, performance, and data integrity.

✔ Configure and maintain database servers on Linux and Windows platforms, including ASM (Automatic Storage Management) and LVM (Logical Volume Manager).

✔ Configure and manage Oracle Data Guard and Active Data Guard to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.

✔ Implement database-level security policies, access controls, and auditing mechanisms to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.

✔ Monitor database alert and trace logs, identify unexpected issues, and take appropriate corrective actions.

✔ Perform database performance tuning using tools and techniques such as AWR (Automatic Workload Repository), Optimizer, Execution Plans, SQL Profiles, and SQL Advisors.

✔ Implement and monitor data export/import operations using Expdp/Impdp and manage backup strategies across tape, network, and remote backup solutions.

✔ Configure and manage RMAN (Recovery Manager) for full, incremental, differential, and cumulative backups.

✔ Perform database restoration and point-in-time recovery using RMAN in case of failures or abnormal situations.

✔ Manage database migration, synchronization, version upgrades, and patching activities.

✔ Monitor database performance and health using Oracle Cloud Control or Enterprise Manager.

✔ Provide database administration support for MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), PostgreSQL, and other database platforms as required.

Oracle APEX & Reporting

✔ Install, configure, and maintain Oracle APEX Application Server to support web application development and deployment.

✔ Integrate and manage JasperReports with Oracle APEX to generate, manage, and distribute reports efficiently.

API Development & Integration

✔ Maintain a strong understanding of REST API concepts, principles, and best practices.

✔ Collaborate with development teams to design and implement RESTful APIs for integrating applications and systems.

✔ Configure and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to REST APIs.

Server & Infrastructure Management

✔ Configure and maintain application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, Nginx, and JBoss across Linux and Windows platforms.

✔ Configure and manage Apache virtual hosts, load balancing, SSL certificates, DNS, and file and mail server services.

✔ Provision and manage cloud instances and servers on AWS, Oracle Cloud, and Google Cloud for application and database hosting.

✔ Deploy web applications built with Java, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Forms on Linux and Windows servers.
