Data Entry Operator

• The applicatns should have experience in the following area(s): Data Entry Oparetor.
• The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Dtata Entry Operetor, Customer Support Executive, Call Center and Computer Operetor.
• Communications skill that allows inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
• Listening skils, to understand exactly what customer require.
• Problem handing/solving skills.
• Motivationals skills and ability to supervise and  lead a team of customer service assistants.
• Creative thinking, to be abble to come up with new ideas to customer service standars.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Organizational and planning skills to develop customers service policies.
• Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face-to-face.
• A commitment to improve customer service on an ongoing basis.
• Should have exellent  knowledge on Client Service, Customer Care, Computer Operator, Customer Support, Organizational Culture, People Management and Computer literacy.

Data Entry Operator make sure that the needs of their customers are being satisfied. Her aim is to provide excellent Data Entry Operator and to promote this idea throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing help and advice to customers using organization's products or services.

• Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, WhatsApp, Messenger SMS.

• Investigating and solving customer's problems.

• Handling client complaints or any major incidents.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.
